That seems to help.
It's miserable.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5904950.post-1127060822922336602005-09-18T11:27:00.000-05:002005-09-18T11:27:00.000-05:00The bar of soap for restless legs or leg cramps is...The bar of soap for restless legs or leg cramps is true. We have a doctors column in our newspaper and he's listed this rememdy many times over the years. Plus asking his readers to write him and let him know if it worked for them.

Many did write in that it worked.
Here is what he said....Put a bar of soap(not dial or dove) under the bottom sheet next to your feet.

Also quinine is the traditional treatment for nocturnal leg cramps. You can subsitute quinine pills (which can be expensive) for 6 ounces of tonic water before bedtime.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5904950.post-1126416882938316102005-09-11T00:34:00.000-05:002005-09-11T00:34:00.000-05:00I have RLS and have for some time. I've discovered that putting extra blankets over my calfs to make them almost sweaty works well to keep them still. Give it a try next time they are bothering you. I don't know about the soap thing but I know a hot shower with soap before bed helps alot. Good luck.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
